Speaker 1:

Whether you're navigating emotional upheaval, physical change or just seeking peace in a noisy world, this episode will remind you that you are the you in your life, and that's where the healing begins. Let's lean in. I am very, very excited to have with me today Renee Green, and you know you've heard the introduction, so let's get into this conversation. As all of the listeners know, and those who watch us on YouTube, the first question I ask all of our guests is what does healing mean to you?

Speaker 2:

I'd say that healing is that, that overall well-being, that feeling of awe in inside there's, there's the process of healing and then there's, I guess, being healed. So I think what I'm talking about to begin with is that being healed, that that sensation of I've've got this, I I'm good with this, let's, let's move forward. And then I guess the process of healing in itself is is finding that self, finding that piece of me.

Speaker 1:

I love that you said that finding of self and peace and that piece of you, because you know, healing is a, is a big, is a word nowadays, right, it's like everyone is talking about healing and trauma and all different types and methodologies and modalities and all of the different things. But I think at the end, first of all, it's a journey that you do. I believe you do for yourself, right, it does impact people around you, for sure, but the most important person to impact is is is self and coming back to self. There's many, as you know. I'm sure you are also surrounded by many healers. It's just when you become a healer, you kind of birds of a feather flock together and it's a conversation I tend to have in my own circles as well about healing the journey, what it is for everybody and what it means, and I think that the consensus is, at the end, coming back to the self, the self that's there the whole time. But then, you know, things happen, like parents and children and husbands, and whatever Life happens.

Speaker 2:

Yes, life happens, absolutely, yeah, and it is. It really is about the journey of it and it is is about finding that internal peace and just knowing that, that you've got this and so many of us in our society we're so worried about. You know, am I wearing the right thing? Did I say the right thing? Am I doing the right thing? We forget to go within and say I am the right thing.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that is powerful. I'm going to repeat that I am the right thing. Yeah, cause we I think many of us, and I'm going to say especially women walk around in this world trying to be, trying to be the right thing or the right person, totally unaware that they already are, absolutely yeah. There's this saying of being whole and complete, fully self-expressed. That's the one thing that I say about you know, helping others on their journey, um, about that full self-expression and, uh, taking off those, the layers that hide that, that full self-expression. So just, that's so powerful what you said. And so, in your own journey, how have you been able to find that?

Speaker 2:

Well, I have to say, I came to yoga in this place of absolute chaos just going on in my life and who am I, what am I doing here? And I came into a class and it was just like, oh, it was. It was like old home week and I had never taken a yoga class before ever and I was like this, this is is exactly the feeling that I'm looking for, and you know it was. It was a small class and it was really nice that I didn't feel like I was in competition with anyone.

Speaker 2:

You know so often you, you see the yoga classes on. You know on YouTube, on on everything, and oh, they've got the best outfit on, or they've. You know on YouTube, on on everything, and oh, they've got the best outfit on, or they've. You know they're the perfect shape or they're doing the pose perfectly, and I didn't have that, and so when I got in there and I started doing yoga, it was just like. This is how people should feel about yoga. It's not about what you see on the screen, about what you see on the screen, it's absolutely about about me, and and I think that women especially need to be able to feel that it is about them and not the person on the mat next to them or on the screen in the box. And now everything's on zoom and it's just. It was such an experience for me to be able to go in and and that's what yoga really did for me yeah.

Speaker 1:

Going within is we talk about it a lot more, about going within and finding that space for self so that our cup can overflow and that overflow can be spread out to those around us. And also to remember that in your life you are the you in your life, and we tend to forget that when you say my life, I'm going to say it for myself, even now, what I think my life, I don't think me personally. I think, oh, my life is consisting of my children, my friends, my colleagues, my work, all of those things that are part of who I am, but they're the external parts of who I am, they're the extension of of me, and it's just maybe the last couple of years have I began to say, wait a minute, but I'm the me in my life I'm the created thing first. Life, I'm the created thing first, or being, I hate to say thing. We're beings, the created soul, the energy that we are starts, it starts here and then moves out.

Speaker 1:

And you know a lot of us come to this place inside of. You know, the dark night of the soul or the chaos, or you know some story leads us to this place where we need to reconnect because we get so disconnected from from self. So you were saying that you were in the midst of chaos and if you don't mind sharing because I think it's really important for people to hear the different stories of what it can be like so they're like. So you know you're not alone in this, it's the. You know you are special, renee, and you're not. I am special.

Speaker 1:

And I'm not you know what I mean From the perspective of we're all dealing with life's stories and complications. So what's your story?

Speaker 2:

and complications. So what's your story? What's your story? My story is is really, it's that it's the oh, it's the textbook story. You know, I, I got a divorce and or I was in the midst of a divorce. I, I was there with my, my daughter, my dog, on my friend's front porch. And here I am and I don't know who I am or what I'm doing here. But I've got to start something different. I've got, I've got to do something different, because my body's falling apart, my brain is falling apart, and if I don't start taking care of me, I can't take care of my, my daughter and my dog. So that's that's really where my story started and I didn't know what to do. I, I worked part time, but I, you know, I was a stay at home mom working part time. And now I'm in the midst of a divorce. What am I going to do? And then I found yoga and it just became the, not only the way of life, but the way of my career, the way of eating, drinking, sleeping.

Speaker 1:

Oh, that's it is. You're right, it's like the story for me. Same thing. There was something big that happened. My father passed away, and you know I think it was about 37 at the time, and we had a very tumultuous relationship, and I did also was to say I didn't know who I was in life without his commentary does that make sense? His commentary on who I should be, and I too, was like I don't know who I am without somebody telling me who I am or someone else providing my purpose. And so you know, how did yoga begin to be the thing? I know? You went to the class and it was like you felt at home. Same thing for me. I went to a life coaching course and I was like, oh, oh, this is it you. Just for me, it was just this knowing when I landed there, and it sounds very similar to you. But how did it begin to be part of who Renee is?

Speaker 2:

Well, I, I, it definitely started with that first class, but then, you know, then, um, I was on a quest, you know, I wanted to find the, the teacher, you know, the, this, this class that I had taken wasn't near me. I had gone, um, you know, I think it was, I don't know, 200 miles away, and it just wasn't something that I could do on a sustainable basis, go to go there. So I was looking for a teacher near me and I heard of this senior yogi, and so I went to one of his classes and I said hey, you know, can I can I start, you know, teacher training with you, because there is something that I believe that you know, can I can I start, you know, teacher training with you, because there is something that I believe that you provide that I want to share with the world? And he's like no, I'm sorry, my class already started.

Speaker 2:

I was like no, you don't seem to understand, I need this class right now. You don't seem to understand, I need this class right now. So, after a few different conversations with him, he let me start the class and let me, you know, make up the work that I hadn't, that I had missed. And I took it from there and I still have classes with him not on a regular basis anymore because I'm teaching my own, but I still go to his classes and I really believe that taking that quiet space for him, taking that quiet time for me and letting me be me because I had to truly show him that I wanted to share this with the world and that's one of the reasons he said that he let me in was because of what I wanted to do with it, not because I needed it to be more fit or anything like that, but that I needed it to, or anything like that, but that I I needed it to share with others, because others should feel so wonderful.

Speaker 1:

And that's that's always beautiful. And you know many, many, many, many people know the word yoga. They understand it's a practice and you show up on a mat and it could be hot or not hot, or you know, you move it's power.

Speaker 1:

There's so many different types of yoga. I remember my dad, um. We are South Asian, so you know the. The birth of yoga took place, I know, in India, I believe, um, and he used to. When we, when we used to exercise, the first thing he used to do I didn't know what it was called, he didn't know what it was called, but he would always be doing full sun salutations and he always said this is the way you start working out. He never he called it yoga, not, not yoga.

Speaker 1:

It was yoga and he said this is what we did when he used to, when he was younger and he used to lift weights, the first thing they did was a full yoga practice, which was the sun salutation, and I didn't know at the time that's what he was doing. I just thought it was some weird pushup thing that he was doing. It didn't make any sense to me and I'm like I'm not doing that. Dad, that looks. I really did say that I was 15. I was like dad, that's, that looks dumb. But you know, um, and I didn't. I just didn't understand it. Now I do understand it because, well, I know a little bit more about yoga and and the benefits of it. But, you know, could you, for the listeners, give us us maybe a brief little history on yoga, because I believe it was meant to be not just a practice where you move your body, but a full way of life.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. It was a way to enlightenment is how it really started. It was a way to enlightenment is how it really started, and it started so that you could really sit longer in meditation. So it was about finding and expressing your body and moving your body so that you could sit longer in meditation, so that you could sit in meditation until you were enlightened. And moving through the practices, moving through the breath work that comes with yoga Every, every movement has a breath, every inhale, every exhale. You know it all comes together and it's about moving your body, coming in inward, so that you can sit in meditation and and connect, make that whole body connection with the life force, energy.

Speaker 1:

It's not just about you and I think, um, I think that, like it's not just about you and it is just about you at the same time, can coexist in the same place. Because I feel like sometimes in our society, we or yeah, I'm going to say in our society in our society, we feel like the two can't coexist, like you can't be about you and about others, and and yet I mean I believe with every healer that I've spoken to, that's the kind of conundrum, that's the. That's what the practice is. The practice is having the space to be for self, understand self and also for others, like for me, being a life coach. Well, I can learn and I can coach myself so far so you can coach yourself, so far you can't get out of your own mind. But the joy for me is when I get to be the space for someone else, and you know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I do.

Speaker 1:

You know what I mean? Yeah, I do. And but with that said, if you, if you don't know yourself, if you're not comfortable with yourself, you're not authentically. I discovered many years ago. I'm like, wait a minute. Unconditional love, like how does that exist? Like you know what I mean, like this conversation around unconditional love, if I'm consistently critiquing myself, saying you know these things in my own head about self, and unable to have unconditional love for self, is it possible to have that for someone else, even your own child? You, you know, and in that moment that, on that self-reflection, the truth was for me. Anyways, the truth was no, because there's always this critiquing happening. We say we love unconditionally, but I don't think we know how to do that.

Speaker 2:

I agree, I agree Absolutely. We let ego lead instead of letting our hearts lead, and I think that that is so important. Yeah, you can't love unconditionally if you don't unconditionally love yourself, and that's. It's a hard place to be. You know, we are human. We are human, um, whether whether we like it or not. Um, and we're not all going to be enlightened beings. That. That's not something that that is in in in our lifetime, that we're all going to be enlightened, but it's. It's a great place to strive for, it's a great place to grow toward.

Speaker 1:

And how does the work that you do and the modalities that you have cause you're not you're, you just don't do yoga, you're also in, you do Reiki and you do oh, and can't forget that you do Reiki with animals. But we're going to get that. We're going to get back to that in a second, because I find that so amazing, because I have a dog and I'm like, how would I do that for my dog? So we'll get back to that. So keep listening. How do we blend all of those practices, the yoga and the Reiki and all of that, to come to a place as much as we can for that unconditional love for self, and outwardly as well?

Speaker 2:

well. Well, I like to tell my students that you know, you don't necessarily have to be Reiki trained. However, if you have a Reiki level one that is just for you and it's about healing yourself, and you have a very gentle yoga practice, you can bring the two together. In fact, my I have a class that I do twice a week that is Reiki infused yoga. That's what it is, okay.

Speaker 1:

So I am very curious. Tell me more about this, I want to know.

Speaker 2:

We start our practice with an opening meditation and we bring in the Reiki energy. And then, throughout the practice, we acknowledge and continue to bring in on our breath the Reiki energy. And then, throughout the practice, we acknowledge and continue to bring in on our breath the Reiki energy. With each inhale we bring in the loving energy of Reiki and with each exhale we try to release what's no longer serving us. Whatever that is, that day, that minute, that moment it's, it's about, you know, bringing that love that is all around you in that key, that life force energy, bringing it into your body and then releasing the things that aren't serving you. So when you're holding a posture, you're not just holding it, you're bringing in that beautiful Reiki energy right in to every fiber of your being.

Speaker 1:

You know what's going on. I'm also I'm very visual, so in my brain now I'm like, okay, so I'm doing a sun salutation, because that's the one I know off by heart, and then starting from that and bringing in the energy, the Reiki. Energy and the Reiki, oh, that would be very powerful in movement.

Speaker 2:

Reiki in motion? Yeah, that's.

Speaker 1:

I never thought about that. That is you know.

Speaker 1:

Now I'm gonna have to try it absolutely and I really encourage the listeners that, if you are interested, you know short little blurb about connecting with you through the miracles directorycom, finding Renee Green searching for her name, and we'll put the, we'll put the link to it in in our, in our show notes. But, you know, connecting with this type of I feel like so powerful because you know I'm I'm, as I mentioned before we started recording, I'm a Reiki master too, but never thought about how to incorporate that with everyday movement. It's the way I've been trained. It's like there's a sitting down, there's a you know being more still in that, and to have that movement is really great for people who can't sit still, absolutely, yeah, great for people who can't sit still.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely yeah, doing, doing the sun salutations, the repetition of it, and bringing in the Reiki out at the same time. It's a two for one.

Speaker 1:

I'm talking about the discount right. Who doesn't want more bang for their buck or time or whatever? You know you're, you're investing in the moment for yourself. It's so, so great. So you know. Let's now talk about Reiki for animals. It's not new for me. I've, you know, I've spoken to healers that work with animals. Some of them, like, psychically connect. Some, you know, work with them in different ways. How, just as like, how can I do this? I'm not trained to do Reiki with animals, but how can someone like me or anybody, not just me anyone use the tools to help their animals?

Speaker 2:

You know, working with animals is just like working with humans, honestly, okay, the one difference is that your animals are open to it. They don't have the resistance that us humans have. You know, they're like, well, yeah, that's just the, it's the good energy that's all around us. You know, yeah, yeah, give me some more of that. When I had my dog, she, at first she really, really liked it. As she got older and I guess, probably as my practice got stronger, it was too strong for her. So she, she wouldn't come and sit on my lap anymore, but she would come and she had a little spot, you know, she would go lay on the floor and she'd look at me and she'd just look at me. I'd be like, okay, so I would just send her distant Reiki from across the room and she was happy to receive across the room.

Speaker 2:

But they'll let you know, as soon as they know, that you're wanting to share that, that energy, that information. Yeah, that information too. As soon as you're, you let them know that you want to share that with them. They are always so willing to receive. So it's, it's. You don't have to do anything special. Yes, you can get certified in animal Reiki and there are different connections and symbols and things that you can you can add into your practice, but really a level one Reiki practitioner can share Reiki energy with their animal.

Speaker 1:

That's very cool. So are the energy centers the same.

Speaker 2:

They have the same chakras, we do the same everything. Yeah, I mean, obviously they're a little bit different just because of the animals alignment, but yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay, that's cool. That is really very cool. I have another question for you. So when I first started meditating, I found it next to almost impossible to quiet my mind and steady my body. It I was so uncomfortable that I was like this doesn't work for me, I can't do this. This is, this is nuts Cause I felt uncomfortable, I think, being in the space with self or my own thoughts, I'm not sure.

Speaker 1:

Do you remember once upon a time Deepak Chopra and Oprah did this like 20 minute meditation? You could sign up for 30 days and you could meditate with them and literally all Oprah did was kind of open up the conversation and then Deepak Chopra would do the full meditation. That was 20 minutes and I think I would get to two minutes and I'm like you need to stop talking, deepak, like I don't want. I like this is so uncomfortable. I feel like I'm getting anxious. How is this helping me? So, people like me who in the beginning, begin to struggle, what is your recommendation for something that we can do to help us begin our practice? Cause I know it's just, it's a. It's called a practice for a reason.

Speaker 2:

That's right. So I would say I'm for the meditation piece of it. I would absolutely say find something to focus on rather than closing your eyes and trying to sit.

Speaker 2:

find something to focus on rather than closing your eyes and trying to sit, because some people are very uncomfortable closing their eyes and being with themselves. You know even people who are comfortable with themselves. When they first start doing a meditation practice they might be a little bit uncomfortable after, like you said, two minutes that's enough. But finding something to focus on a candle, having a candle on a table in front of you watching the flame flicker, set yourself a timer for three minutes and watch the candle flicker, and then the next, you know, maybe a couple of days later, you increase it to maybe four or five minutes and you finding that focus, that moment of pause, and then, when you're comfortable at that five minute, then maybe you start bringing in some breath, have your candle and your breath.

Speaker 2:

So when I say breath, it's um, I like to use the the four, four, eight method. You don't have to, but it's you inhale for four, you hold your breath for four and then you exhale out for eight, and then you inhale for four, you hold for four and you exhale out for eight, and you just do that and before you know it your five minutes is up and you're like, oh well, that was so easy, I can go a little bit longer. And so you kind of find that pattern, that rhythm, and then maybe one day you don't light the candle. You're busy and you know you've got five minutes, but you don't want to go and get the candle and set everything up, you're just going to sit down and be so. Then maybe you look at the spot on the wall or maybe you try closing your eyes.

Speaker 2:

But, it is about taking those small little steps and then, once you're comfortable with all of that moving, with your breath moving without looking at something specific, then maybe you go in a little deeper, or maybe you don't, maybe you just continue to look at that. You might begin to see I don't jesus. In that way it happens, it does, it does so and and the answers.

Speaker 1:

The answers may come to you while you're sitting there looking at that flame and and let's, let's talk about this for a minute, because now let's go into the world of of quote-unquote woo-woo, because I think you know what was surprising. I was not a woo-woo person, I was very logical. Um, you know, prove it to me, show me. Um, and then I became, you know, an energy healer. So crazy, but that's just the way it works. I guess the world, you know what I want to talk a little bit about that voice or the vision, or the thing that you see that like.

Speaker 1:

How do you discern when it first happens? When it first happened to me, I was, I thought I was crazy and I'm like, no, no, that's just, that's just. I don't know what I heard, but or I saw, or I felt that's nuts, until I was like, oh, wait a minute. But or I saw, or I felt that's nuts until I was like, oh, wait a minute. Maybe that wasn't me, maybe that was, or what I don't know. You know, I was confused at the beginning and I and I've spoken to so many people who then, when they begin to do this practice of mindfulness or quietening your mind, or meditation, or yoga, whatever modality we use, most times there will be an experience, that is, I'm going to say, unusual. How do we discern whether that unusual experience is just our mind or it is more than that?

Speaker 2:

Well, for me, the way I discern that is that nine times out of 10, would I really have thought that? I really have thought that? That's the first thing that comes to my mind is you know, these, these things that come in to your, your forefront when you're in that meditative space, is like no, I was thinking about the kids, and I was thinking about the dog and I was thinking about the gardener outside, and then all of a sudden I get this, something that comes through about I'm just going to say world peace, but something that comes through, that is is not my everyday norm. That's usually when you get that first thought of oh, this isn't just me, yeah, I love that because for many people it is confusing.

Speaker 1:

There is this because I the same thing that you, that just you said the first time I heard something outside of myself. I remember beings and I remember it distinctly. Actually, I, you know, I was dealing with a lot growing up and I was like I don't know if I said it out loud, but I certainly had a thought that said when is this going to end? Like hello, I'm done, like when is this all of this going to end? I swear. There was like a distinct female voice that said have patience, my child. And I was like who is in the room with that? It's weird, because it's not my voice. I knew it wasn't my voice, but I didn't know whose it wasn't.

Speaker 1:

I always thought was that me? There was a part of me that knew for sure it wasn't me and then there was that part that was like and this is a little bit crazy, is this me? Is it not me? But you just saying when it is so outside of your normal thinking and the presence and where you are. Yes, I asked a question, but I certainly didn't expect an answer. You know, it was just me ruminating and and being in that moment of angst and then to hear a distinct voice, separate from mine. It wasn't.

Speaker 2:

And it's something that you wouldn't have said.

Speaker 1:

said no, I would have never spoken to myself that way, you would have been like you know something that you've heard before.

Speaker 2:

Be quiet, it'll be over. When it's over, yeah, but when, when they're there, the statements are something outside of what your norm is, it's, it's, it's for. For me that's, that's how I make the distinction.

Speaker 1:

I think it's important for those who are listening, who who are maybe experiencing these, um, different thought patterns or things, because I have again noticed that when people begin to do this kind of work for themselves, when they're looking for healing, a lot of times they open up to a space that they've never opened up to before and it can be a little confusing, a little daunting. So, for those who are listening, uh, so for those who are listening, really understand that we all have these abilities to hear and connect to our higher source, whether you want to call that source god or the universe or source or whatever it is that we all have the capabilities and that when something, when your gut is telling you, that's just not me, that's something a little outside of myself, first of all, there's no need to be afraid and to be able to reach out to people such as Renee or healers in your community or however you're working with, to have these conversations because you're not alone. However you're working with, to have these conversations because you're not alone, a lot of times, even though we're in the midst of doing a practice with a group of people, we all because we're crazy human beings we all feel like our experiences is unique, like this is just me. Nobody else goes through this and that's so, not true. It's so true, like all of our life circumstances. Yes, they're unique because you are experiencing this and you're we're all unique human beings, but generally, you know, women and men are getting divorced. Generally, children have traumatic, you know, experiences with their parents or with their siblings or with their family, like I'm just speaking about myself or things that happen in life.

Speaker 1:

You know people pass and you've got to be dealing with that, and there's, there's all of those things, and I think what I've really gotten a lot out of our conversation today and what we're speaking on is the taking the moments to be with self, just just rediscovering who we are, because I really do believe my belief is we know who we are when we get here. And then the world, the life, life happens, life happens, and I really believe yoga is. Yoga and Reiki are one of those modalities that help us to begin to reconnect to to ourself. And how has this connection changed your life? How has this?

Speaker 2:

connection changed your life. I'd say, for me, it would absolutely be that the fact that you know, like I said, you know, in the beginning I was kind of at that place. I was, granted, I was in mental chaos, but I was also in physical chaos. I, you know, I was starting to to change, my body was starting to change, things were starting to happen and I was like what in the world is going on here? This, this is not me, you know. And by bringing the Reiki into my yoga practice, um, it was made it so that I could ease into my practice. You know, maybe I couldn't go as low as the person next to me or whatever, I couldn't reach as high or stand as steady, but when I brought that Reiki energy into my practice, it really made it so that I could be comfortable where I am in my body and know that it will do what it needs to do in the timeframe that is appropriate for it.

Speaker 1:

So it sounds like there was also a bit of letting go of outcomes?

Speaker 2:

Absolutely, absolutely. You know Reiki, I'm sorry. Well, reiki and yoga, they are about the journey. It is not, it is certainly not a quick fix there, there's no doubt about it. But it's about easing into and and you know you don't just well, you don't usually just like the person you meet. You have to get to know them, be with them a little bit.

Speaker 2:

Well, the same thing goes for you. You have to get to know you, your physical being as well as your emotional and mental being, because just because you know the chaotic person, human being that's out there doesn't mean you know who's inside. And so I would definitely say that it is a journey. I would definitely say that it is a journey and I try and convey that to everybody that I work with is that it is. It's not a quick fix and you know it's not like you're going to have this. Even a two week program isn't going to change your life, but if you keep with it and and even if you don't do it every single day, if you just keep with it and create some sort of a routine with it, it is going to make that difference in your life.

Speaker 1:

And that is very powerful, it's important. I loved what you said. Like that hit, like we know our chaotic self, like that hit, like we know our chaotic self, but I don't even know, like I'm a little speechless because like it's sinking in. It's like, yeah, we know our how we are on the outside, but we don't really know how we are on the inside. And that is a journey and, oh my Lord, yes, life is. There's nothing in life that's a quick fix. The quick fixes usually are detrimental, right, unsustainable, right, they're not sustainable.

Speaker 1:

And and there's so much to be said about taking small steps there's that saying, like, how do you eat an elephant? Right? One bite at a time. And that's when we look at life from that perspective One bite at a time. And that's when we look at life from that perspective one bite at a time. It's not going to be perfect, it's not going to be linear. You know, learning about ourselves is not linear. I started my quest in 2007. It's 2025. Uh, in 2007, it's 2025. I still don't know everything and I think my opinion anyways, for whatever it's worth, is like when you get there, then it's time to go to a different plane. Then it's like oh, source is like okay, you did what you're supposed to do. Now we're going to take it out Off. You go Go somewhere else and do something else. But I really do believe it's a lifelong journey, that there is no end.

Speaker 2:

I agree 100%.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I think with that, we've had such a beautiful, wonderful, powerful conversation today. I want to just thank you for your time and your vulnerability and your teaching and sharing. If there are people out there who want to get in touch with you, go to our website, put in your name and they will find you and connect with you, and I know that you also are going to be helping us in our healing academy, if I'm correct. So we are launching I've spoken about this before we're launching a healers academy for general public, for those who are interested in knowing more about the different healing modalities, and we're so blessed to have Renee. I think, renee, you're going to be working on the Reiki training, correct? The yoga training, yoga training, okay, sorry, forgive me, the yoga training, that is awesome.

Speaker 2:

They go hand in hand in my book, so it's all good.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to see how that. You know, I can incorporate that into my daily practice as well, because I never thought about it. And it's so funny because we think we know stuff and then we just don't know anything, which is great. So again, once again, thank you so much and you know, we look forward to seeing you again in the healers Academy. And yeah, thank you. Bye for now.
